We believe in good stewardship of our physical bodies. So, every month, we do walking for wellness. On the first and third Sundays of every month, some of us pull on comfortable shoes after worship and go for a leisurely walk in the neighborhood (about a mile). The walk promotes fellowship and healthy physical activity. We encourage you to walk, and to record your progress on our walking for wellness cards. For more information, contact Michelle Nichol, Richard March. Our next walk days will be May 19th and June 2nd. We will leave Coffee Hour about 12:10 PM. |
