Bible and Bag study group invites you! Every Wednesday at noon we meet for sack lunch and Bible study in the Church library. We meet at noon, and start the study at around 12:20 PM. We just completed a study on the prophet, Amos. For the next few weeks we will be studying the letters, I and II Peter. All are welcome, we hope that you will make Bible and Bag part of your week! |
Book Club usually meets once a month whenever the group can get together, usually the fourth Sunday of the month at 2:30 PM (after church). Book club currently has about 10 members, but there's room for a couple more. It's fun, try it, you might like us. New members are always welcome. Questions - contact Priscilla Ross or Barbara Kronquest. Book Club next meets on February 19th at 2:30 PM at Helen Robbins' home. The book we will review is a young adult book called OK for Now by Schmidt. |
BYKOTA is a sisterhood of service, study and support - and sometimes pure silliness. We welcome all women to our 2nd Wednesday night meetings at 7 PM in the Fireside Room. Come check us out! BYKOTA stands for Be Ye Kind One To Another. Some of our current projects are:

The "Circle of Friendship" meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 10 AM in the Fireside Room. We meet to share our lives and concerns, to participate in service, and to engage in discussion with each other to understand events or items of mutual interest. We invite any woman of the church who wants to "connect" to join us. All are welcome. Any questions?...call Faithe Orebaugh. We are grateful and celebrate the ministry of Dorcas Circle who came before us. We pray for guidance and seek new avenues of mission. The Circle will meet February 8th at 10 AM in the Fireside Room of the church. |

Bring your scrapbook supplies and your projects to the church. If you don't "scrapbook". but are interested in starting or seeing what kind of scrapbooking gifts that can be made - stop by! Bring your own bag lunch and beverage. "First Christian Crafters" hopes to present at least one craft a month to encourage fellowship. We need students and teachers with all kinds of crafts! Please contact Priscilla Ross or Reola Cole to RSVP or volunteer! The Crafters will next meet February 25th from 9:30 AM - 2 PM. |
GNO will meet on February 19th at 5:30 PM for all church game night. Everyone is invited to a potluck and game night. Please bring a potluck dish to share and your favorite table game, held in the Fellowship Hall. |
Share the warmth and fellowship of Let's Go Seniors the first Tuesday of every month. We gather at 11:30 AM and lunch is served at noon. This group is about fellowship and "connectedness". We welcome new faces! See the sign-up on the bulletin board. Let's Go Seniors will next meet February 7th at the church. |
Every Wednesday morning at 6 AM, you are invited to gather at Denny's on 7900 College Town Drive for a time of inspiration. Pastor Vickie leads this group. It wraps up at 7 AM so that folks can get to work. |
All women ages 50 and better are welcome to join the FCC "Feisty Christian Crones" at our just-for-fun monthly Saturday luncheons. The only requirements are a red hat, purple or red top and an Attitude of Hatitude! Stay tuned to see when the Ladies will next meet. |
