Late Spring in Northern California means the return of warm weather. One important thing to remember is to drink plenty of water. Writing for AARP, tennis champion Martina Navratilova says, "Don't let yourself get dehydrated. Millions of us don't feel as good as we should because we don't drink enough water."

Remember, coffee and soft drinks do not promote hydrations - everyone needs water every day!.
