Health and Wellness Column Health and Wellness Corner Do You Hear BUT Not Understand? Avalon Hearing is offering a 90-minute Hearing Test & Consultation to church members and their families for free! Call our own, Valerie Ellsworth to schedule your free test before the busyness of the holiday season begins. We believe in good stewardship of our physical bodies. So, every month, we do walking for wellness. On the first and third Sundays of every month, some of us pull on comfortable shoes after worship and go for a leisurely walk in the neighborhood (about a mile). The walk promotes fellowship and healthy physical activity. We encourage you to walk, and to record your progress on our walking for wellness cards.
